It's that time of year people, all the fixtures are up and the teams will need to start being picked. Can you please start updating your availability for as far in advance as possible to make life easier for the captains.

Also to aid Pete and myself can players let us know if they have any particular desire to play on Saturdays or Sundays, or if you fancy both.
