We have recently canvassed opinions on the arrangemnets for our annual awards evening and AGM. There has also been various polls onthe website which everyone was sent a message about completing. Although the response to this was disapointing, the results along with individual conversations have provided the following conclusions.
- We should have separate junior and senior award nights.
- The event should be held at the clubhouse (with a separate evening to be arranged for those that fancy it).
- The AGM should beheld on the same night and follow (or precede) the awards.
Therefore please note that the date for the senior awards evening AND AGM will be 6th October 2012 and accept this email as your formal 28 days notice as per the constitution. Junior awards night is planned for 29th September but will be confirmed shortly.
