With Season 2024 fast approaching we now have confirmed plans for the AGM and End of Season Awards Dinner.
The AGM will be held on Friday 4th August at 7pm @ The Clubhouse. Re-election and Nomination notifications for committee positions and captaincy positions will be sent out two weeks prior as per the club's Constitution.
Food & Drink will be available to purchase on the evening, if you wish to order food please complete the following form AGM Food Order Form
The Club's Annual Awards dinner is on Friday 18th October 7pm arrival @ Lexden Wood Golf Club. This is an ALL CLUB event so we welcome our Junior and Senior players (families, partners etc as well) to attend. A Disco and DJ will also be put on for post Awards entertainment.
There is a 3 course sit down dinner which including entertainment is £30 per head. All orders are required 7 days prior to the event. Please order through the following link Awards Dinner Order Form
As well as the above there is also the WBCC Golf Day on Saturday 5th October at Hintlesham Hall (please e-mail Joe Smith at Joesmith785@hotmail.com to book) as well as the club's Pre Xmas Dinner @ The Queens Head on Friday 13th December, more information on this to follow.
